Black Stars coach Charles Kwablan Akonnor has refused to get comprehensive credit for the team’s qualification to the 2022 Africa Cup of Nations, praising his predecessor Kwasi Appiah for receiving the team off to a dazzling start out.
Akonnor and his rates wrapped the qualifiers up with a resounding 3-1 victory over Sao Tome and Principe at the Accra Athletics Stadium.
The final result ensured that Ghana completed top rated of Team C with 13 factors, a person level much more than second-place Sudan.
