Ghana goalkeeper Richard Ofori picked up an injury in Orlando Pirates CAF Confederation Cup game against ES Setif.
The goalkeeper got stretched off as early in the 14th minute.
Ofori picked what looked like a groin injury after stretching to save a dangerous ball from Setif.
He will be assessed to know the extend of the damage.
The 26-year-old this remains a doubt ahead of the game against South Africa and São Tomé e Principe.
