Ghana’s Abdul Fatawu and Danlad Ibrahim pick top awards at AFCON U20 – Ghana Sports Online

Ghana’s Abdul Fatawu Ishahaku picked up the player of the tournament award at the 2021 Africa U20 Cup of Nations.

The 16-year-old Steadfast FC youngster was super impressive throughout the competition and stoodout among his colleagues.

Fatawu managed to score twice and featured in all six games for Ghana.

He was undoubtedly Ghana best player in the tournament showing great potential.

Meanwhile goalkeeper Danlad Ibrahim was also adjudged the best goalkeeper of the competition after conceding just three goals.

Percious Boah on the other hand missed out on the top scorer accolade to Uganda’s Derick Kakooza who netted five times for his side.
