Accra Hearts of Oak have announced the signing of midfielder Salifu Ibrahim.
The player signed a 3-year contract to become a Phobian.
Salifu who featured prominently for Techiman Eleven Wonders in the first half of the season winning five man of the match accolades.
He arrived in Accra on Thursday to complete his move.
The 21-year-old will be in action for the Rainbow Club in the second round of the season.
It is however unknown if he could be thrown into the squad for Sunday’s big game against Kotoko.
