Saturday’s exercise was a move by the club to partner corporate institutions to create awareness on the benefits of exercise and keep fit to keep the working populace fit and healthy.

The programme which forms part of the fitness club’s plan to engage corporate people on their fitness witnessed an intense two-hourworkout and a pep talk on health after the training.

Welcoming the guests, the Chief Patron of the club, Dr Adamu Issah Madeez, expressed the club’s delight at the responses from the individualsand institutions invited for the session.

He said the club was looking forward to a fruitful partnership with stakeholders as they attempt to make physical exercise a part of daily lives of people, especially the working class that makes little time to exercise.

Colonel (Dr) Seth Attoh,a Pathologist at the 37 Military Hospital, advised that the exercises must be alternated between aerobics and other form of sports to ensure that all the muscles in the body were fully engaged for maximum results.
